Fraudulent Websites or Platforms Unrelated to CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited

 

CITIC Securities Wealth Management (HK) would like to alert members of the general public and its customers to some fraudulent websites / trading Apps and some of them even pretended to be our staff and the company's APP "XeT International” to commit financial fraud on investors. The company hereby reminds investors to pay attention to:

 

1) Our company’s official website is www.citics.com.hk, and there is no other authorized website

2) If you want to download the company's mobile application (APP), please download it in the App Store (for IOS) and Google Play (for Android) or go to the "Download/Login" in the company's official website

3) Our staff will never ask clients to transfer money to any personal bank accounts. Clients could only deposit funds to our company bank account through their own bank accounts. 

4) Our company will never ask clients to deposit fund/ transfer money to anyone for any reasons so as to withdraw your account balance.

 

Also attach a list of known fake websites/APPs for reference. We would like to declare that there is no connection or relationship with these fraudulent websites or Apps and we have informed the related department / regulatory authorities in relation to this matter.

 

If customers are concerned that they may have disclosed personal information or carried out transactions through these websites or platforms, they should immediately report to the Police Force or contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2237 9338 / 400 818 0338 from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
